Shipping policy

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING. RATES INCLUDE SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES. Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches, sales, restocks, and bulk orders, this time may vary. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on location and size of order at checkout. After your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Canada, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. 

Orders are sent to our warehouse 1 hour after an order is placed. If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. After this time, no changes can be made.

Arrival time is not guaranteed due to postage delays. There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which are the buyers responsibility.
